Structure of 12-week Parent's Inner Circle

A video tutorial, which contains very specific information with laser-focused objectives, will be sent to your email inbox at the beginning of every week. Additional reading/reference and online resources may also be provided when needed. At the end of the video tutorial, you will receive a very specific child observation task or an activity, which you need to do with your child. You will have a week to complete this task. At the end of the week, parents will be invited to a (1-2hr) webinar to discuss what they have found while doing the task and a Q&A session will be set up to answer all your specific questions, followed by a weekly conclusion for the lesson learnt. All video tutorials, online resources and recordings of the webinar discussion will be archived in a secure (password protected) site on my website, which parents can access for up to 3 years should they decide to retrieve any of the information shared during the inner circle. During this time, parents will also be invited into my personal FB group, which is especially for Parents Inner Circle participants to discuss and share findings and experiences. For the whole duration of the 12 week parent's inner circle, I will make myself available via email to answer any specific questions by these parents.

Fees

The fees for the 12-week Parent's Inner Circle Program includes over 13 hours of video tutorials, all audio recording and additional resources (which will be archived in your password protected learning platform on this website). In addition, you will also be able to participate in 13 live webinars conducted over the course of the 12 weeks and they typically last between 1-2 hours each. A recording of all webinars will be sent to you for your reference so if you miss a session, you will still be able to keep up with the discussions. The fees also include direct and full email access to me during this duration of time. I normally don't give our my personal email unless it's to the one-on-one parents whom I work with. In addition to this, you will have full access to all intakes for 3 years so you could join in all the intakes during this whole period of time and have access to course materials (I'm constantly updating my materials and adding additional video tutorials) and webinars. This ensures that you will have all the support that you need during the 3 year period.

"What do I need to do?"

Also, you will need to have good internet speed for the webinars, an email address for all correspondence and a Facebook profile for group discussions. Firstly, you need to sign up, good on you for taking the first step to learning to be a better parent. Then, you need to make sure that you allocate time over the next 12 weeks for the purpose of spending some good quality time with your child, and for developing your parenting skills. Also, you will need to have good Internet speed for the webinars and an email address for all correspondence. Aside from that, all you need to do next is to buckle up and prepare to go on our learning journey with me!

"What can I expect from this course?"

Well, firstly, expect to spend a lot of time observing your child, taking notes and reflecting on it. You will also need to put on your thinking cap and use your creativity to follow some of the secret tips and step-by-step instructions that I will send out to you every week all throughout the 12-week duration. Also, I will teach you how to understand your child so that by the end of this course, you will learn to 'read' your children's cues and you will know what they are telling you with regards to their developmental needs. Along the way, you can also expect to get to know the other parents in the inner circle really well, to exchange notes with them, to share their joys and fears and to learn from each other. I will be facilitating all your discussions on the webinars and will moderate your exchanges on group chats.

“Who is this course for?”

This course is for parents with children under the age of 3 years who would like to learn the secrets to giving their babies a head start in life. It is for parents or nannies who are proactive and who want to make the most out of their time with their children in a nurturing and productive way. It is for parents who are constantly striving to be better, who are willing to learn and who are willing to try new things to enrich their parenting skills and their children's learning experience.

“Who is this course not for?”

This course is not for parents who are not 'action-takers'. I do not tolerate parents who constantly complain and who are not doing their best to help themselves be better parents. It’s not for parents who are not willing to try, learn or take advice. After all, a parent's role is constantly changing and we need to be parents who are constantly learning from others, from ourselves and most importantly, from our children. Parents who go all out to learn to be better parents have my highest respect and admiration and as such, any member of the inner circle who is unsupportive of and disrespectful to other parents WILL be kicked out from the group and given a full refund. I am here to help parents and if you are not here to learn or if you are making it hard for others to learn, then this group is not for you, I do not deserve to be your teacher and will not take your course fee. This course is also not for playgroup teachers as it is very specific to help all my 10 parent's children with their very individual needs. If you are a centre manager, kindergarten operator, teacher or if you aspire to be one, please check out my Mastermind group for early childhood professionals which goes into an intensive study into different topics regarding early childhood education which may be of interest to and better suited for you.
