EoT015 : Lend Me Your Ears! Getting Your Students to Listen to You!

Simple tips that could make a world of difference in a small classroom:-

1) Sing all the time, use specific songs as cues for a message.

2) Vary the tone of your voice as much as you can.

3) If the classroom is noisy and you need to make an announcement, flicker the lights as opposed to raising your voice.

4) Phrase your words correctly. Try telling them what you want them to do rather than what you don’t want them to do.

For more tips, you can get a copy of my book and have it personally autographed by me through this link :- Cool Stuff Your Parents Never Told You About Parenting.

Alternatively, you can purchase it from Amazon, or in Dymocks bookstores in Hong Kong, or MPH bookstores in Kuala Lumpur.

Thanks for listening!
